BrinkCase Limited Warranty & Return Policies

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you purchased your case directly from BrinkCase.com you may return a case for a refund* or exchange within 60 days of your original order shipment date. Refunds are given to the original purchaser of the case only. If the case was a gift, it can be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value. Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.  

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED CASES

BrinkCase warranties your new product against defects in materials, workmanship, and breakage from normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If your product is defective or broken within this warranty period, we will replace it with a new product.

If your case is defective or broken within this timeframe, please email us at support@brinkcase.com with the following information:

    To verify your warranty claim, we may ask you to send us a photograph of your damaged/defective product or return the product to us at:

    We will send you a replacement case at no charge, including shipping, handling and any applicable sales or use taxes, within 3-5 business days.

    Replacement products are warranted against defects in materials, workmanship, and against breakage from normal use for 90 days from the date of replacement or the remainder of your original one-year warranty period, if that time exceeds the 90 period. If your replacement case is defective or broken within this timeframe, please reach out to our customer care team at support@brinkcase.comand send the damaged case to the return address listed above. We will process the replacement order within 3 – 5 business days upon receipt of the defective/damaged product.

    BrinkCase extends all of the foregoing warranties to its authorized resellers for the benefit of customers that purchase BrinkCase products from authorized channels.

    LIMITATIONS

    BrinkCase’s return and replacement guarantees excludes (a) damage resulting from misuse of, or abuse to, your product and (b) products purchased from anyone beside BrinkCase or its authorized resellers. Nor do we cover ordinary wear and tear, such as dirt and smudges, that reflect everyday use and do not evidence a product defect. Our guarantees and warranties are non-transferable, and do not apply to products bought from sources not expressly authorized by BrinkCase. We disclaim any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and all liability for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from our products, however obtained. Our limited warranty does not cover, under any circumstances, the replacement of, or cost of repair, any electronic device or personal property used in connection with our products. The foregoing limited warranty does not apply, unless BrinkCase is purchased from our authorized resellers.

    The foregoing limited warranty does not apply unless you purchased your BrinkCase from BrinkCase.com or one of its authorized resellers. If you purchased your case from an authorized reseller, additional warranties may apply. Please direct any returns, exchanges, and warranty claims to your point of sale—not to BrinkCase. BrinkCase extends all of the foregoing warranties to its authorized resellers for the benefit of customers that purchase BrinkCases from those authorized channels.
